Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Currently, all On-Site Technology merchandise products are print on demand and are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 Business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 Business days to let you know your order is on the way. We’re hoping in the future we will have enough volume to expand operations and be able to keep enough inventory to speed up this process. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience while we are just getting our online store started. Thank you for being a customer!

STORE PICKUP

We currently do not support in-store pickup at this time. If the online store grows with enough demand we may consider this as an alternative option in the future.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently do not support local deliveries at this time. All orders are processed and shipped out of the closest facility for optimal shipping times.  If we receive enough demand, we may consider expanding into local deliveries at some point in the future.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after order processing is completed using major shipping carriers. Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, however, some items may require additional time and may ship separately in their own containers. For example, drinkware mugs are fragile and ship within their own cushioned boxes to decrease the probability of an item arriving damaged. We appreciate your patience and are always looking to improve shipping times by frequently reevaluating our processes and vendors.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders

over $100).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not support international shipping outside of the United States. As we are just getting started with our store, we would love to expand to the international communities and hope to be able to do so in the near future.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@on-sitetechnology.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
